PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy policy

Last updated 2 November 2026.

This policy explains what SheetInk AI (“we”) collects when you use SheetInk AI, why, who helps us run it, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: hello@sheetinkai.com.

What we collect

Why we use it

Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (running the service), our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, improving reliability), and your consent (advertising cookies, which you can withdraw at any time in cookie settings).

Who helps us run it

Some of these providers are outside your country, including the United States. They process data only to provide their service to us, under data-protection terms.

We also show our own promotions (for example, for other products we run). They are plain links with no tracking cookies; we only count how often each one is seen and clicked, not by whom.

Who can see your work

Only you. Files are stored privately and served only to your signed-in account. We don’t sell personal data and we don’t share your worksheets or handwriting with anyone except the providers above, for the purposes above.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. Delete any worksheet or handwriting profile at any time, or delete your whole account in Settings, which removes your files and data straight away. Security and billing records may be kept longer where the law requires.

Children and students

SheetInk AI is for students aged 13 and over. If you are under 16 (or the age of digital consent where you live), use it with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you think a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will delete it. Ads for users who haven’t accepted advertising cookies are not personalised.

Your rights

You can access, correct, download or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Most of this you can do yourself in the app; for anything else, contact hello@sheetinkai.com. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and tell signed-in users.
